Criteria for Participation
General
The rides and attractions at Village Roadshow Theme Parks (VRTP) incorporate safety systems designed by manufacturers to accommodate people of average physical stature and body proportion. These safety systems may restrict some rider suitability due to guests needing to be safely contained within a restraint.
To experience VRTP’s rides and attractions, all guests must be able to:
maintain the proper riding position,
meet the rider requirements,
appropriately utilise the restraints systems and
safely navigate evacuation stairwells and pathways.
All guests must also be able to demonstrate a willingness and ability to comply with verbal and written rider requirements. VRTP reserves the right to make the final determination regarding rider suitability in accordance with manufacturer’s guidelines and based on the information provided by each guest (specifics of which are detailed above). Guests should visit Guest Services prior to presenting to our attractions. Our friendly Guest Services team will assist in planning the best day possible, including providing our communication wristband, which helps to ensure guests have an enjoyable experience. Please note that as manufacturer’s recommendations change, so to may some information within this guide.

Rider Requirements
For the purpose of your personal safety you must be able to:
Wear safety harness and helmet securely to participate
Participants who are unable to independently enter or exit the vehicle must have a carer who can assist.
Independently maintain an upright position whilst seated
Independently support head and neck for the duration of the ride
Absorb sudden and dramatic movements
Have controlled motor movement.
Speak and/or understand English, or have a translator participate in the program with them. Persons acting as a translator must advise staff at the start of the program. Translators must satisfy all criteria
Participants must be able to follow directions quickly to the satisfaction of staff

TERMS & CONDITIONS
PLEASE NOTE: General admission into Warner Bros. Movie World is an additional cost and is not included in the Hollywood Stunt Driver 2 Experience.
Participants:
Participants must be 10 years of age or over.
Participants must be a minimum of 145cm in height. Participants will be measured on the day of participation. If the participant does not meet the height restriction, they will not be able to participate and will not be eligible for a refund.
Participants between 10 - 17 years of age must have a parent or guardian present at time of purchase or redemption to sign the waiver.
Guest must be able to wear safety harness and helmet securely to participate.
Participants must be able to speak and/or understand English, or have a translator participate in the program with them. Persons acting as a translator must advise staff at the start of the program. Translators must satisfy all criteria.
Participants must be able to follow directions quickly to the satisfaction of staff and able to quickly exit the car and arena unassisted at the direction of staff.
Participants must have controlled motor movement.
Participants must be able to absorb sudden and dramatic movements.
Participants must independently maintain an upright position whilst seated.
Participants must not be pregnant (based on medical advice).
Participants are advised to wear flat, suitable footwear on the day.
Participants must check-in at the Photo Center minimum 30mins prior scheduled experience commencing.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Persons who do not satisfy all these requirements will not be able to participate and will not be eligible for a refund (subject to any requirements at law to the contrary).
HOLLYWOOD STUNT DRIVER 2 EXPERIENCE PHOTO PACKAGE TERMS & CONDITIONS

Valid in conjunction with Hollywood Stunt Driver 2 Experience purchase only.
Guests will receive three (3) different 6x8 printed photos, a souvenir folder and digital files of all three (3) photos. Subject to availability. One use only.
Present to the Warner Bros. Movie World Photo Centre 90 minutes after experience to view and collect photo package.
Companion & Carer Assistance
At some rides and attractions, it may be necessary for guests to be assisted in or out of a ride vehicle. It is recommended that guests requiring additional assistance plan to visit with a companion/carer who can physically or verbally assist when necessary.
Ride stoppages may require exiting outside of the usual load/unload locations. It may also be necessary to exit the vehicle on the opposite side of the platform. Some rides require exiting to be navigated independently. It may be necessary to navigate a number of stairs or varying terrain after being exited from the ride.
Unfortunately, our team members are not able to physically assist guests into or out of ride vehicles, nor are they available to accompany guests for the duration of the day.
In addition to visiting Guest Services to discuss the nature of our rides and attractions, we strongly recommend a companion/carer experience our rides/ attractions first to gain an understanding of rider suitability.
